CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

All successful exercise programs should begin with addressing proper function of your joints and muscle systems. Eliminating pain and activating weak, lagging muscle groups will allow you to progress to more difficult exercises that are much more physically rewarding.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Flexibility and mobility are often overlooked when someone thinks about what they need to do to get healthy. Having a mobile and flexible body is very important for your development. If you picture the outcome of a seed being planted in hard clay versus a seed being planted in soft soil then you will understand how much having tight muscles can inhibit your growth. Having flexible muscles and mobility will assure you fast and strong growth, which means much better results.

MUSCLE BUILDING

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!

FITNESS NUTRITION

The phrase 'You can't outwork a poor diet' couldn't be more true. Diet doesn't necessarily mean cutting back on food. For some people, eating a diet higher in calories and certain foods along with the right supplements is the answer. Many people work very hard and don't get much progress because they don't manage their nutrition properly.
